Ingredients : 100 grams cauliflower (fine), 35 grams coconut flour (or almond flour), 20 grams coconut oil (room temperature), 1/8 teaspoon baking soda, 2 teaspoon onion powder, 2 teaspoon garlic, 2 tablespoons broken linseed + 6 tablespoons water, pepper and salt to taste.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Place the broken linseed in a bowl and add the water. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the finely ground cauliflower in a bowl together with the coconut flour, baking soda, onion and garlic powder. Mix together.
Step 4
Add the coconut oil and crushed linseed to the flour and knead together. Season further with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Make 9 equal balls and place them on the lined baking tray. Place it in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Turn them over after 10 minutes.
Step 6
Let the cauliflower balls cool (this will make them harder). You can store them in a closed container in the refrigerator. Delicious with an avocado or tahini dip.
Step 7
You can also include these balls in your Boho Tiffin!
