Ingredients: 1 zucchini (330 grams), 3 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 145 peas, 120 grams of chickpea flour, ¼ teaspoon of turmeric, 250 ml of water, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 1
Grease a quiche or oven dish with some coconut oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Finely grate the zucchini and finely chop the garlic and onion by hand.

Take a large mixing bowl and add the shredded zucchini together with the finely chopped garlic, onion and peas. Mix together.

Add the flour and turmeric. Pour the water and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into your quiche or oven dish. Place in the oven and after about 45 minutes your frittata is ready.

Cut the frittata into the desired pieces and serve with a tasty green salad.

You can also freeze the frittata or take it with you in your boho tiffin. Then let it cool down thoroughly first. It is also very tasty cold.
