Ingredients: 20 grams of coconut flour, 30 grams of coconut grater, 10 grams of sweet caramel (or use liquid stevia caramel. A different flavor is also possible), 180 ml of plant-based milk (I used almond milk) and 14 grams of pea protein (optional).

Topping: 1 tbsp almond paste (or peanut butter), some crushed nuts. Also delicious with (fresh) raspberries, blackberries or berries.

Step 1

Place all ingredients (except the topping) in a saucepan and place on the heat. Bring to the boil and stir well.

Step 2

After 3-5 minutes your porridge will become thick and you can pour it into your bowl or boho tiffin. Finish with a topping of your liking.

Step 3

Would you like to take your breakfast with you? Feel free to make it in the evening. Pour it into your boho tiffin and let cool. Close the tiffin and store it in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Top your porridge the next morning and take it with you on the road, at work or wherever you want to eat it. It's also delicious cold! Don't forget to bring a spoon?
