2 pieces
Ingredients:
25 grams of spelled flour, 25 grams of oat flour, 10 grams of raw cocoa, 10 grams of greensweet brown, ½ teaspoon of tartar baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 50 ml of water or plant-based milk.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and make sure you have a silicone ice cream mold and 2 lollipop sticks.
I got the silicone mold for the ice creams fromkeukenwinkel.nl
Step 2
Put everything in a bowl and mix well. No more lumps? Then you're done. Do you want it sweeter? Then add more greensweet brown.
Step 3
Pour the batter into your mold and place it in the oven for about 15-18 minutes.
Step 4
Remove your popsicle cake from the oven and let it cool.
Step 5
Melt 50 grams of dark chocolate in a bain marie (vegan white chocolate is also possible).
Step 6
Spread the top of your popsicle with the melted chocolate and sprinkle it with some crushed hazelnuts (or another nut).
Step 7
This popsicle cake doesn't fit in the boho tiffin, but I did make use of it! Don't want everything to be covered in chocolate? Well, then a boho tiffin bowl is not an unnecessary luxury.
