Ingredients:

1 package of vegan chicken pieces, 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise (unsweetened), 2-4 tbsp soy yoghurt, 1 tbsp vodauvan, 1 teaspoon gold syrup, salt and pepper to taste.

Also delicious with finely chopped celery or pieces of pickle....

Step 1

Place the vegan chicken pieces in your food processor and grind finely.

Step 2

Transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl and add the other ingredients to the vegan chicken pieces. Mix well.

Step 3

If it is too dry, feel free to add some mayonnaise or soy yogurt to the mixture. It can't really go wrong J.

Step 4

Store your vegan chicken curry in a clean jar that you can close. Can be kept for at least 3 days.

Step 5

Spread your spelled bread or sourdough sandwich with your delicious homemade vegan chicken curry. Cut your sandwich in half and place it in your boho tiffin. Ready to go!
