Christmas Café Protein Balls. 🎄

What do you need for the coffee cookies:

50 grams of oatmeal
40g coconut oil
35g almond flour
20g coconut flour sugar
A pinch of salt
7g café latte protein powder (or any other flavor of protein powder)

Other ingredients:

100 Grams Monchou
100 Grams Sugar Free White Chocolate
25 ML Whipped cream
30 Grams of Dark Chocolate

1. Grind the oatmeal into flour. Melt the coconut oil. Add all the ingredients together and form a ball of dough. If it is too wet, add some almond flour. Because you will crumble the cookies later, you don't have to make any shapes. That's why I placed the dough on a baking sheet instead of using molds.

2. Bake for 15 minutes at 150 degrees. Let cool so they become crispy.

3. Crumble the cookies and add the monchou. Make balls from the cookie and monchou mixture and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Heat the whipped cream and stir in the white chocolate. Place the balls in the white chocolate and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

5. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Place the melted chocolate in a piping bag and pipe stripes over the balls. Place back in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened. Bon appetit 😋 (eating more than 1 ball is allowed!)
