Ingredients: 100 grams of almond flour, 50 grams of whole wheat teff flour (or another type of flour), 120 grams of peanut butter, 80 grams of agave syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of tartar baking powder and 2 teaspoon of speculaas spices.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Place all ingredients in the food processor and turn on. A dough ball is formed.

Step 3

Too wet? Then add some flour and if it is too dry, you can add some peanut butter or a little almond milk.

Step 4

Make 8 balls and press them flat on the baking tray.

Step 5

Place the baking tray in the oven and after about 15-18 minutes your cookies are ready.

Step 6

Let them cool outside the oven.

Step 7
